We are excited to kickoff 2015 with our new BOX2BOX CrossFit program.
BOX2BOX CrossFit WODs are completely scalable so that the complete beginner can get involved, right through to world class athletes and military.
This program is awesome for weight loss, strength building, injury rehab and most of all great fun. Lacey’s BOX2BOX CrossFit is a great team environment where everyone supports everyone in chasing their goals and getting results.
BOX2BOX CrossFit can be scaled to any body, any age and any level of fitness. It’s fun, it’s safe and best of all it gets results. Whether you want to lose weight, increase your functional strength and fitness, are training as an elite athlete or in the armed forces, BOX2BOX CrossFit is for you.

Strength and Conditioning

BOX2BOX CrossFit is a complete strength and conditioning program that is  “Constantly varied, functional movement exercises, performed with high intensity. BOX2BOX CrossFit involves Olympic lifting, gymnastics, climbing, running, carrying, pulling and pushing heavy objects, Kettle bells, jumping, skipping, and much more.” This program will prepare you for anything the world may throw at you. BOX2BOX CrossFit is designed to target all 10 physical skills;

``The Girls`` WOD

The girls are Benchmark WODs. You will take on each of the girls during your time at Lacey’s, we will test and retest constantly working on bettering yourself and your results. See some of our favourites below:
“Isabel”
  • Snatch 60 kilograms, 30 reps for time
“Jackie”
  • Row 1,000 meters
  • 50 reps thrusters @ 20 kilograms,
  • 30 pull-ups
“Karen”
Wall-ball 150 shots
“Linda”
  • 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2- and 1 rep rounds for time of:
  • Clean 3⁄4 bodyweight
  • Bench bodyweight
  • Deadlift 1 1⁄2 bodyweight
“Mary”
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
  • 5 Handstand
  • push-ups
  • 10 1-legged squats, alternating legs
  • 15 Pull-ups
