Carly’s story and the BENEFITS of exercise during PREGNANCY!

We said good bye (for now) to Carly as she was due to have her baby in just less than two weeks… However Carly had her little girl 3 days after finishing up at Lacey’s!
Justin and the rest of the Lacey’s team wish you a huge congratulations and cant wait to have you back at the gym.

“At 38 weeks pregnant I just completed my last bootcamp session at Laceys,before I gave birth 3 days later!!

I trained throughout my pregnancy, still doing everything I did before, however I was very mindful that I had another person training with me. I trained approx 3 to 5 times a week, dependent on my roster at work!

Before I found out I was pregnant with my fourth child, I was an active member at Laceys.
So my advice to any pregnant ladies out there if you train, don’t stop, just listen to your body and take a break when you need to. I just scaled back my weights and after 12 weeks of pregnancy stopped doing ab work!

I had a trouble free pregnancy, didnt put too much weight on, and had a pretty easy labour!

And so I would like to thank the Laceys team for the help ,advice and encouragement they gave me,which enabled me to keep the training up !!x ”
