
The last 7 weeks have seen a group of 20 Lacey’s Crew members take on the new Eight Week Knockout Program. This group have come together to support each other and motivate each other to reach their training goals.
The Lacey’s Eight Week Knockout program is for everyone, no matter their goals! Some have come to lose weight, some to increase muscle mass, and some to establish a new training routine. Lacey’s focus for this challenge is not to establish an environment where crew members compete with one another, but rather to come together and work as a team. Maintaining a new training and eating routine is not easy, and you do not have to do it alone!
The program started with a nutrition seminar lead by Dan and was followed by week one photos and measurements. Leading up to the four week mark the group motivated each other through the Facebook group and organised training sessions together to ensure they attended. At four weeks we held a half way bootcamp for the group. This was an awesome session with incredible team spirit encouraging one another to push each other to their limits.
We are now in week seven and with one week to go the motivation levels are still high! On the 12th of July the group will weigh in and have a training photo shoot, and finally coming together to celebrate the program on the 25th of July.
It is safe to say that for everyone this is simply the first eight weeks of their new routine and the changes they have made are now their lifestyle.
