
Huge shout out to this amazing member! Since joining in March last year she has persisted with regular training, smashing out some awesome pumping iron/Lacey’s 47 sessions, and stuck to a healthy and nutritious diet. She did her first Sugar Detox with us last year and by sticking to it ever since, she has completely transformed her body shape and fitness levels. We are so proud of your determination Abbi and love seeing your smiley face at the gym.
1: How long have you been a member of Laceys?
Since March 2017
2: What changes have you noticed in yourself since being a member?
Since becoming a member my fitness level has improved so much! I managed to lose 10kgs with one of Jana’s detox programs (thank you!!) and it allowed me to gain my confidence back. I’m just so much happier and energetic after my classes
3: What sort of training/classes do you do at the gym, and what do you like about it?
Lacey’s 47 and Pumping Iron. I never thought I’d be the kind of person to fall in love with boxing and weight training but now they’re my favourite
4: What do you think makes laceys different/special from other gyms you’ve been to in the past?
What I love most about Lacey’s is that it’s not a regular boring gym. In all the classes you get the opportunity to have one on one training and you get pushed to train your hardest
Everyday I walk out surprised at how hard I can push myself
5: What’s your most memorable moment at Laceys?
I think finishing my detox challenge and seeing the results on the scale. I felt an immense sense of pride and empowerment within myself but was so thankful to Jana and the trainers for helping me to get there.
