
These girls are founding members of Innaloo and have never looked back. After a huge 2017 achieving their goals, the girls have set the bar even higher for 2018 and we can’t wait to see the year out with them.
1: How long have you been a member of Laceys?
I joined Laceys Innaloo when it first opened in Dec 2016 and have loved every minute of it.
2: What changes have you noticed in yourself since being a member?
Since being a member at Laceys I have noticed that my fitness levels have increased, I have toned up in all the places a girl wants (still a long way to go so you’re stuck with me!) & I look forward to my workouts as oppose to it being a chore!
3: What sort of training/classes do you do at the gym, and what do you like about it?
I do a range of Laceys 47, bootcamp & lifting. I have yet to try boxing but it’s on my 2018 hit list! I love the variety of classes offered, the different training styles and techniques offered by each trainer and the members!
4: What do you think makes Lacey’s different/special from other gyms you’ve been to in the past?
The passion and skills offered by the trainers is amazing. I am always pushed to my full potential with each workout and always have a giggle while doing it! Working out at 5am is made easy and I never thought I’d say that!
5: What’s your most memorable moment at Laceys?
I try to forget the workouts once the buzzer rings :P! Laceys fight night was an awesome event! Great to see the boxing crew bringing what they have learnt to the ring!

Shout out to all the amazing staff who get us over the line throughout every session! And to all the members who make each workout more like a social event than a workout!!
