
To our Lacey’s Crew,
We are excited to announce that we have just launched a new program for our Lacey’s members. The program has been created to help you prevent and eliminate any niggles or injuries you may have with your neck, shoulders, hips, knees and back etc.
We have gone back to basics with this one and our goals are; mobility and flexibility, core activation, and joint strength and stability. These aspects of fitness are either unknown to general fitness enthusiast or more often than not, forgotten about when exercising, especially at high intensity. These basic foundations are a must to ensure you are training safely and achieving your goals.
This is an ongoing program that runs in 4 week cycles. It requires two sessions a week, that can be performed either at home, down at Lacey’s or in our new S&C class on Sat at 12.00pm (this is a class strictly for those involved in the program).
