
40 grams of rolled oats
50 grams of fresh/frozen berries
1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk (add more for a wetter consistency)
1 scoop of protein powder
Mix the oats, protein powder and almond milk
Heat in a microwave until cooked
Add berries on top and mix them in to get them evenly through it all
